Each household in Tanglewood is encouraged to familiarize themselves with the community's by-laws. A number of key policies has been highlighted in the list below.

The by-laws of the owners of Condominium Plan 011 1080 (Tanglewood) has been passed in accordance with the Alberta Condominium Property Act (1980), to replace all statuatory by-laws of that Act.

All residents are given copy of the by-laws from their realtor or real estate lawyer at the time they purchased their unit. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the by-laws, as many interesting items are addressed within them.

Tanglewood was envisioned to be a community of homes built with a small set of architecturally consistent design themes. The guidelines are inclusive of architectural design, landscape design, and selection of appropriate plant species.

Residents are encouraged to respect the vision found within the architectural guidelines to ensure that Tanglewood preserves a desirable, distinct identity within Tuscany. As a result, all residents will benefit from the enhancement of our property values.
